Returns + Exchanges

 

If you’d like to return or exchange your item, please email us at info@madewrightlondon.com prior to returning. Once completed, return with the unwanted item to the confirmed address. Returns need to be returned within 14 days of delivery. When the item/s are returned, they will need to be returned in original condition in order to receive a full refund.

Return postage delays or loss are NOT the responsibility of Made Wright unless they have been signed for by ourselves. Please note that any purchases that have been personalised are not eligible for refund, exchange or credit. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any product that is returned with signs of being worn or delivered to our returns department outside the 14 day window will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the return and funds will show into your account within 3-5 days depending on your bank’s policy.

 

Exchanges
