- Please note we do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays & bank holidays

- For all UK deliveries we use Royal Mail trackable deliveries.

 A signature will be required upon receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a note with further instructions.

Please note we are not responsible for Royal Mail and their delivery terms - should they not leave a postage card, please liaise with your local post office.

Please ensure all the details you provide are correct for shipping, email and mobile number details so you can be text and emailed.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

£15 USA and rest of the world

We can only deliver to residential addresses via Royal Mail First Class. Delivery will be made within 5 - 7 working days.

Rest of World
£15.00 flat rate

DUTIES & TAXES

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left for you to arrange redelivery/collection.

PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

We will endeavour to ship your piece as soon as possible, however if your item is being personalised - it may take slightly longer.

If you need your item by a certain date, please email us at info@madewrightlondon.com prior to ordering and we will try and meet your time frame.

As the majority of our products are handmade or handcrafted, they may vary in colour from pictures.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

For all returns please email us at info@madewrightlondon.com prior to returning. We will then confirm the return postal address. Returns need to be returned within 14 days of delivery. When the item/s are returned, they will need to be returned in original condition in order to receive a full refund. Return postage delays or loss are not the responsibility of Made Wright unless they have been signed for by ourselves. Please note that any purchases that have been personalised are not eligible for refund, exchange or credit.

Any product that is returned with signs of being worn or delivered to our returns department outside the 14 day window will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the return and funds will show into your account within 3-5 days depending on your bank’s policy.
