If you would like to return an item, please refer to our returns form and process. You can then send the item directly back to us.
For purchases made in person, please also email a photograph of the original receipt, detailing your contact telephone number to info@madewrightlondon.com. Once we have received the item, one of our team will be in touch to process the return within 1-2 working days.
Please note that personalised orders will take up to five working days before shipment and non personalised will take up to two days before shipment, if you would like your order by a certain date, please email us at info@madewrightlondon.com
UK Delivery:
Second Class (3-4 working days) - £4.95
Royal Mail First Class (1-2 working days) - £5.95
European Delivery:
Standard European Delivery (3-5 working days) - £7.00
Please note, with the UK no longer being part of the European Union, import and duties may apply to you when upon delivery.
Rest of world Delivery:
Standard Delivery - £10.00
ALL DELIVERIES
Delivery times are effective from the day of shipment, if your item is personalised, please note the lead time for personalised orders
All deliveries will be shipped with either Royal Mail or Hermes, you will receive an email confirming the shipment along with the tracking number
Please ensure all the details you provide are correct for shipping, email and mobile number details so you can be kept updated with shipment progress
DUTIES & TAXES
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left for you to arrange redelivery/collection.
PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
We will endeavour to ship your piece as soon as possible, however if your item is being personalised, it can take up to five working days.
